The Buffalo State College community is saddened by the death of Benjamin C. Christy, dean emeritus of the School of Arts and Humanities, who died September 6, 2020. Dr. Christy joined the college in 2007 and retired in 2020. He was preceded in death by his wife, Susan, and is survived by sons Robert and Andrew and his companion, Barbara Nelson. Services will be held at a later date.
