Please join the Burchfield Penney Art Center for “The Long and Winding Road,” the next workshop in the International Center for Watercolor Summer Series with artist and instructor Jennifer Koury, on Thursday, July 12, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The summer workshop series is inspired by the current exhibition Suddenly I Awoke: The Dream Journals of Charles E. Burchfield.
Bring a favorite photo and your imagination of a winding road lined with receding trees, foliage, hay bales, fence posts, or simple architectural elements to create perspective and depth. Receding shadows might also be a creative element of perpective.
The cost of the workshop is $42 for members and $52 for not-yet members.
