The Center for Excellence in Urban and Rural Education, Buffalo Public Schools Department of Multilingual Education, the Refugee Tutoring Project, and the Concerned Ecumenical Ministry will present a workshop titled "An Introduction to Sheltered Instructional Observation Protocol (SIOP)" on Saturday, September 18, from 9:00 a.m. to noon in E. H. Butler Library 210.
