'Healthy, Tasty, and Wise' - March 25

Please join us for "Healthy, Tasty, and Wise," facilitated by Lana Jayatilleke, on Thursday, March 25, from 12:15 to 1:30 p.m. via Zoom.

Lana Jayatilleke is a mother, wife, and caregiver who enjoys her time preparing South Eastern and Western culinary delights. She has presented ways to maximize healthful, tasty food preparation with minimum resources. A demo will show how you can enjoy cooking of meals in a short time and make variations with simple and similar ingredients stress free.
