Today is the last day to make changes to your health insurance plan for the coming year. If you wish to make a change, please complete and return the option transfer form (PDF, 66.2 KB) to Cleveland Hall 410 immediately.
The 2017 “Choices” booklet, a comparison of the health insurance plans, is available online. You may want to review this information before you decide whether to change insurance carriers or remain with your current carrier for your health insurance coverage.
Health insurance rates for 2017 are available on the Employee Benefits website. No action is required if you wish to keep your current health insurance option.
