Celebrate with an Irish-themed lunch today in the all-you-care-to-eat Resident Dining facility, located in the Campbell Student Union, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. Enjoy a delicious menu prepared by Buffalo State Dining's executive chef that includes corned beef brisket, new potatoes, steamed cabbage, shepherd's pie, fish and chips, macaroni and cheese, and classic shredded coleslaw.
