From the Interim Associate Vice President for Institutional Effectiveness
Recent data from the Student Opinion Survey, the National Survey of Student Engagement, and the 2017–2018 departmental annual reports show that Buffalo State is making significant progress toward Strategic Goal 1.3 (“…every student engages in high-impact practices…”). Currently 87 percent of seniors have engaged in such activities, and ongoing faculty efforts are generating even more opportunities. Future data will reveal whether the benefits of these efforts are reflected in student performance and improved institutional retention and graduation rates.
