In an effort to provide the best customer service possible for students who are working or are otherwise unavailable during regular business hours, the Financial Aid and Student Accounts offices will extend their hours of operation, with limited staffing from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m., as follows:

Tuesday, August 19: 8:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
Wednesday, August 20: 8:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
Thursday, August 21: 8:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

We welcome all new and continuing students to the fall 2014 semester. We recognize that this can be a busy and stressful time for students and families, and we would like to do what we can to make the start of the semester as seamless as possible for them. We hope these extended hours will help students manage their financial aid and account balances before the start of classes and pave the way for a successful semester at Buffalo State.
