But feeling good doesn't just mean taking care of yourself physically—it can also mean paying closer attention to your emotional and even your spiritual health. Taking better care of yourself, from eating right and exercising, to learning how to cope with stress, or making more time for friends and family, can make a real difference in how you feel every day.
