Please join the Geography and Planning Department for its annual fall tradition, the Fall Equinox Pumpkin Drop, on Thursday, September 21, between 1:00 and 1:30 p.m. on the south side of the Classroom Building (between the Classroom and Technology Buildings). We will drop a pumpkin from the roof of the Classroom Building to celebrate the fall equinoxthe seasonal shift from summer to fall.
Sign the pumpkin before the drop (it brings good luck) and enjoy free cider and cookies.
This event is organized by Informed Students Addressing Climate Change (ISACC) and the Geography and Planning Department and supported by the Arthur W. Gielow Meteorology Fund.
