Posted: Monday, February 7, 2011Faculty: Don't Miss Applying for a Provost's Incentive Grant
The deadline for Provost’s Incentive Grant applications will approach sooner than you think! Apply now for a Provost’s Incentive Grant to help fund your research or creative activity. Applications are available for all tenured and tenure-track faculty members and must be submitted by 4:00 p.m. on February 24.
Awards of up to $1,500 can assist with travel, purchase of materials, conference fees, and other support for scholarly, research, and creative activities. Research and creative activities should be accomplished from March 15, 2011, to March 15, 2012.
A selection committee of representatives from the faculties of the four schools will review all applications and recommend awards based on the criteria of benefit to the faculty member’s professional development, benefit to teaching, and service to the academic department.
