Are you looking to use research-based pedagogies to transform your classroom instruction? Join us for a workshop on Wednesday, March 29, to learn more about engaging students in the classroom. This workshop will show you how to incorporate strategies such as active learning, agile teaching, peer instruction, and gamification through the use of the TurningPoint student response system.
With TurningPoint, students are able to use traditional clickers or their own mobile devices to respond to questions you pose in class. The workshop will demonstrate the TurningPoint student response system, and we will discuss how to incorporate TurningPoint in your classroom. A representative from TurningPoint will be available to answer your questions.
Two workshops will be held in Bulger Communication Center 120. Please attend the workshop that is most convenient for you:
Lunch will be provided. Please contact Brooke Winckelmann, instructional designer, with questions.
