The Consumer Electronics Show (CES) featured a variety of new eBook services and devices that will give Kindle a run for their money. Regardless of your opinion of eBooks, the announcement of these new devices shows that companies are at the starting line of what is bound to be a highly competitive year for eBooks and eReaders. On Wednesday, February 17, from noon to 1:00 p.m. we will take a look at the current eBook industry and how it might affect the academic world.
