DSA Seminar Series: 'Multi-Omics and Bioinformatics in Cell Culture Medium Design' - March 3

The Data Science and Analytics graduate program invites industry experts to give presentations on cutting-edge topics in analytics as part of its spring 2022 DSA Seminar Series.

Next in the series is Paul Gulde, research and develop manager of multi-omics at Thermo Fisher Scientific, who will present “Multi-Omics and Bioinformatics in Cell Culture Medium Design” on Thursday, March 3, from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. in Science and Mathematics Complex 151 and via Zoom. His talking points will include

  • an evolution of cell culture medium design;
  • utilizing multi-omics to drive innovation and performance;
  • death by data — management, utilization, and the road to digital transformation;
  • opportunities in natural sciences for data science.
