HTR 480 Practicum in Hospitality Operations. Prerequisites: HTR 100, HTR 110, and HTR 361. Culminating hands-on experience for students to develop and integrate a core set of business skills essential to successful hospitality management. Applied learning experiences in a commercial restaurant for students to learn operations, food and beverage, facilities, and services. Offered every semester.
