The following has been received in the College Senate Office and forwarded to the College Senate Curriculum Committee for spring 2021 review:

New Course:
DSA 621 Data Science Tools in Energy Engineering. Prerequisite: Instructor permission. Tools and techniques needed to collect, clean, analyze, and present data specific to the field of energy engineering in large data sets; statistical models to describe data; visualization of data; spreadsheets; databases; Python. Offered occasionally, beginning fall 2021.

Course Revision:
BIO 699 Capstone Experience in Biology. Prerequisites: BIO 600 and permission of the graduate advising committee. Culminating “capstone” experience of the M.A. Biology program for students pursuing the non-thesis option. Offered every semester, beginning fall 2021.
