Advanced Certificate in Applied Creative Thinking and Problem Solving

Program Revision:
M.S. Higher Education and Student Affairs Administration, HEA-MS SOP

New Course:
IDE 306 Color and Light. Prerequisite: IDE 101. Physical properties of light and color in relation to elements and principles of design; physiological effects of light; elements of natural and artificial light, luminaire, and control systems; color principles, theories, and systems to aid selection and application of color in the interior environment. Offered fall semester, beginning fall 2019.

Course Revision:
CRJ 488 Internship in Criminal Justice. Prerequisites: Second-semester junior standing (75 earned credits), minimum GPA of 2.75 at Buffalo State (3.0 GPA for federal internships), completion of core requirements, and instructor permission. Supervised applied experience in criminal justice and related social service agencies. Designed to integrate knowledge learned in the academic environment with 120 hours of practical and professional work experience. Offered every semester, beginning spring 2020.
