Course Revision with Intellectual Foundations Designation
ARTS
DAN 200 Modern Dance Techniques I. The basic tenets and fundamental principles of modern dance. Students develop an understanding of the dancer as the interpretive artist through technical dance instruction, historical introduction and significance, and aesthetic discovery. Attendance at live performances augments course content and is a course requirement. Offered every semester, beginning spring 2022.
