The following has been submitted to the College Senate Office and forwarded to the College Senate Curriculum Committee for review:
New Course:
PSC 398 Legal Research and Writing. Prerequisites: CWP 101 and 102; PSC 250, or instructor permission. Introduction to the rules and techniques of legal research and writing. Discovering law through electronic and bound legal sources and applying it to specific legal situations. Students communicate results through generally accepted legal techniques: oral presentation, legal memos, legal briefs.
