The following has been received in the College Senate Office and forwarded to the College Senate Curriculum Committee for fall 2019 review:

New Course:
ADE 641 Organization Development. Prerequisite: Graduate standing. Systematic approaches to sustainable planned change in organizations emphasizing the interrelatedness of social and technical systems as well as group and individual-level interventions. Application of theories from adult education and human resource development to practical problems facing organizations, including performance improvement, diversity and inclusion, and organizational learning. Offered annually, usually in the spring semester, beginning fall 2020.
