They help employees stay focused on key performance indicators, identify areas for improvement, and provide guidance to help employees reach their fullest potential. What are the tools and training needed to have a healthy review discussion? In this session, leaders will learn how to provide effective feedback, resolve problems, how to deal with difficult behaviors and problem employees, and how to create a climate where reviews can have a positive impact to the bottom line.
