Community Conversation: Copyright and Online Course Content

Join us online on Wednesday, November 2, from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. for the latest in the Community Conversations series—Copyright and Online Course Content—presented by Peggy Hoon, J.D. Hoon is the scholarly communications librarian for the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (UNCC). Prior to joining UNCC, Hoon served as the special assistant to the provost for copyright administration at North Carolina State University and as the NCSU scholarly communication librarian for over 12 years, where she authored the TEACH Act Toolkit and achieved a national reputation for copyright expertise.

To participate in this online web conversation, you need a computer with speakers. You will also need to log in to the Center for Intellectual Property's Wimba Live Classroom. Buffalo State is an institutional member, and faculty and staff may create free individual accounts using the institution's registration code. Contact Melaine Kenyon for the code and instructions on how to create your account so you can participate in Community Conversations.
