As previously announced, the IT Project Management Office has been working to transition all Wufoo users to Qualtrics. This transition provides one central, secure solution for both form and survey creation. Qualtrics contains a feature set that better meets the college's needs, including user autonomy; a broad range of question types for researchers; customizable reports; and support via telephone, email, and on-demand video. Information about Qualtrics is available in the IT self-service portal (search “Qualtrics”).
All Wufoo account holders were part of the initial official communication and ongoing project communication.
Wufoo will officially be terminated on Saturday, May 15. This means that all forms and data remaining in Wufoo will be permanently deleted. If you have data in Wufoo that you wish to retain, please download that data before May 15.
