The Professional Development Center, in its ongoing effort to provide relevant and meaningful programs, is committed to responding to the needs of the campus community and is requesting your feedback.

We are seeking your participation in an upcoming survey to help assess the current program offerings and provide guidance for future professional development program offerings.

The survey will be anonymous; however, if you have questions, you may e-mail Lauren Turner, professional development assistant. Participation in the survey is voluntary, and respondents must be at least 18 years of age. You have a right to discontinue your participation at any time, without penalty, by closing the browser window.

An external consultant, Williams Learning Center LLC, will collect the data, and in compliance with federal regulations, will retain the data for three years on a password-protected computer. Please note: no personal identifying information will be collected, stored, or shared.
