For the second year, Buffalo State and Chartwells Dining welcome to campus Chef Jerl Griffin, whose recipe of Peruvian roasted chicken with aji verde will kick off Hispanic Heritage Month today, September 15, in the Bengal Kitchen during the lunchtime hours of 11:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Chef Griffin is the regional executive chef for Thompson Hospitality, which Chartwells teams up with to celebrate diversity and promote inclusion. Together, the kitchen staff and Chef Griffin, who has 35 years of experience in the industry, will bring a Hispanic flair to the Bengal Kitchen. Hope to see you there!
