April is National Poetry Month, and the Buffalo State College Writing Center invites the campus community to celebrate! To honor the importance of poets and poetry in our lives, culture, and history, we are inviting all interested faculty, staff, and students to share their favorite poem and a few words about its meaning or importance. This collection of favorite poems from the Buffalo State community will be displayed in and around the Writing Center and the Academic Commons in Butler Library starting Monday, April 18.
If you would like to contribute, please email Maggie Herb with the poem you’ve chosen and a few sentences about its importance to you.
