Buffalo State Dining will celebrate Fat Tuesday today, March 4, in the Resident Dining Hall from 11:00 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. Enjoy a delicious Southern-style menu including cocoa-and-coffee-crusted steak bowl, cheese grits, red beans and rice, spicy collard greens, and eggplant Creole. For dessert, indulge in king cake, French Market doughnuts, pecan pralines, and Creole brownies.
