Applications and nominations are requested for students to be considered for the Mildred Keller Campbell Leadership Award, Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges, and the Phillip Santa Maria Memorial Award. Nomination forms are available online or at the following locations: Academic and Student Affairs Office, CLEV 519; Student Life Office, CAMB 400; Dean of Students Office, CAMB 306; United Students Government, CAMB 402; Student Union Information Desk, CAMB lobby; Residence Life, PORT; Career Development Office, CLEV 306; Weigel Health Center; and the Athletics Office in the Sports Arena.
