Buffalo Webgrrls, the local chapter of the International Women's Networking Organization, presents digital poet and experimental video maker Elizabeth Knipe on Wednesday, February 13, at Campus House. Knipe's work often deals with social dynamics and reconstruction of "the real" in the digital realm; exploring the role of interactivity from a user's/viewer's experience. Knipe will present some of her latest digital media work and discuss how she is able to promote herself as an artist using the Web. Elizabeth Knipe’s presentation will begin at 5:30 p.m. There will be a networking hour, to meet the artist and other Webgrrls members, at 6:00 p.m. R.S.V.P. for this event at Buffalo Webgrrls Web site.
