Buffalo State Walking Program - 'Let's Move Buffalo State'

Welcome back! Looking to begin the new year with a new routine? Join us for a walk. Let’s Move Buffalo State will lead walks on Mondays and Fridays at noon. We will meet on the covered patio outside the Sports Arena, near Buckham Hall. We will take 30-minute walks on the indoor track or outside once the weather warms up. Come and join us for a chance to socialize, recharge, and get the 30 minutes of daily recommended physical activity. This program is open to the entire campus community, so feel free to bring a friend.
