Buffalo State of Mind: Meditation Session - September 8

Please join us for a meditation session as part of the Buffalo State of Mind: Meditation Series on Wednesday, September 8, from 1:00 to 1:30 p.m. either via Zoom or in Butler Library 318. 

After the guided meditation, we will talk about the many different free apps you can download on your phone to use for daily meditation and stress management. 

Please register through the Workshop Registration System.
