Buffalo State Dining will be launching a new and improved menu for Bluw, located in the Campbell Student Union Food Court. Bluw features a variety of Asian dishes, including sushi made fresh on site daily, crisp spring rolls, pot stickers, chicken Thai curry pasta, Asian barbecue pork, and much more.
Enjoy free samples of the new menu today during Bengal Pause from noon to 1:30 p.m. in the Campbell Student Union upper lobby. Learn about our new "Build a Meal" option, now available at Bluw, which allows guests to make a custom-designed meal.
