Join Buffalo State Dining for its second annual Halloween costume contest today at 6:00 p.m. in the Resident Dining hall. The contest is open to all Buffalo State students. Dining Dollar prizes will be awarded to the top three contestants. Master of ceremonies for the evening is Buffalo's famous on-air personality Shy Guy Shawn from Kiss 98.5-FM.
