Buffalo State College Literacy Center

The Buffalo State College Literacy Center (Bacon Hall 227) is offering free literacy assessments and evaluations for children of Buffalo State students, faculty, and staff in grades K–12. Sessions are on Saturdays from 9:00 to 10:45 a.m. There are five sessions and one parent conference. Parents receive a diagnostic report with instructional recommendations for home and school. Children can return during the spring semester for one-on-one tutoring.  Sessions begin September 24. Please call ext. 5917 or e-mail garasyka@buffalostate.edu to register.
