Have you seen the Buffalo CarShare cars around campus but aren’t sure how to use them? Did you know that Buffalo State departmental CarShare accounts incur no monthly membership fee? Departments are invoiced directly and pay only for hourly usage! Run your work-related errands around town with the CarShare car—without using your personal vehicle or losing your parking space. Of course, personal employee memberships are also available.
Buffalo State faculty, staff, and students who wish to learn more about Buffalo CarShare membership are invited to an information session on Tuesday, October 8, from 12:15 to 1:30 p.m. in E. H. Butler Library 210, where food and refreshments will be provided.
Attendees will be instructed on how the program works and have their questions answered. There will be an opportunity to register for the program, and registrants will receive their CarShare key fob. Sign up online beforehand at BuffaloCarshare.org or register at the orientation. Buffalo State has partnered with Buffalo CarShare in an effort to provide a sustainable, low-cost option for occasional local travel. Come and see what it’s all about!
