The Friends of the Buffalo State Maud Gordon Holmes Arboretum, along with the Buffalo Sunrise Rotarians and community members, will plant trees along the Grant Street side of the campus this Saturday, November 6.  An excellent assortment of native trees will be planted, including oaks, birches, redbuds, and lindens. Over 40 trees will be planted. Participants will meet at the Technology Building lobby at 8:30 a.m. for sign-in and assignments. Gloves are recommended and if possible, please bring a shovel. Coffee and refreshments will be available throughout the morning. All campus members are welcome to participate in this fun and productive campus effort.
