Problem: You forgot your Banner ID or PIN number? Solution: Visit https://bscintra.buffalostate.edu/accounts/idlookup/ to lookup your Banner ID. When the login window appears, make sure you type "bsclogon\" before your Buffalo State username. This will display your Banner ID.
If you already have your Banner ID, but can’t remember your PIN number, you can reset your PIN from the logon screen. Simply enter your Banner ID and then click the "Forgot PIN?" button. After answering your security question you can create a new PIN. If you have trouble looking up your ID or resetting your PIN, contact the Computing Help Desk (878-4357).
