Join Buffalo State Dining for a Balanced U: Metabolism Booster event on Saturday, March 5, from 4:30 to 8:30 p.m. in the Residential Dining Hall. Dinner will feature balanced menu items such as Cajun lentil stew, quinoa-stuffed tomatoes, falafel with tahini sauce, and cucumber onion salad with ranch dressing and pickled onions. Also, learn easy ways to increase your metabolism. All are welcome.
