The hospitality students enrolled in baking class are having a bake sale tomorrow, Friday, March 2. Several types of cookies including biscotti, as well as loaves of ciabatta bread, focaccia slices, muffins, and banana bread, will be available for purchase. Prices are reasonable, and all products are made fresh by the students under the supervision of their instructor, Chef Don. Sale will run from 10:00 a.m. until noon or until our baked goods are gone, so get there early. Bottled water will also be sold. We will be set up outside Caudell Hall 118. All proceeds will go toward the purchase of new equipment for the food lab.
