If you are struggling to make healthy choices in nutrition and exercise, join us on Thursday, July 22, at noon in Cleveland Hall 418 for a brown bag lunch program. The American Heart Association (AHA) will provide information to support your efforts. In addition, you will learn about AHA initiatives to promote heart health in America.
