The Listening Post will be set up in the Student Union today, Thursday, April 19, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. for the Buffalo State community to drop by and sign a memorial book. This book will be sent to students and colleagues at Virginia Tech. There are several good resources for coping with trauma from the American Psychological Association. One is specifically about Virginia Tech. Go to the Counseling Center Web site and click on Critical Incident Support for more information. There are more self-help links on the Web page as well.
