Zhang Jie, professor of sociology and director of the Center for China Studies, contributed the chapter "Plasma Testosterone Differences between Suicide Attempters and Community Controls in Both Men and Women of China," coauthored with Cun-Xian Jia, to the book Neurobiology of Men's Mental Health (T. R. Rice and L. Sher, eds.; Nova Science Publishers Inc., 2015; pp. 153–167). Cun-Xian Jia was a visiting scholar to Buffalo State's Center for China Studies in 2013.
