Zhang Jie, professor of sociology and director of the Center for China Studies, attended and presented two research papers—“The Strain Theory of Suicide: The Empirical Evidence” and “Conceptualization of Suicidal Behaviors”—at the 16th European Congress of Psychology, held July 2–5 in Moscow.
