Vida Vanchan, assistant professor, Geography and Planning, provided teaching resources and a two-day training workshop titled "Developing Effective Geography and Earth Science Education and Pedagogies" to more than 100 geography and earth science teachers and preservice teachers at the National Institute of Education in Cambodia December 17–18. The resources and workshop were supported by the Research Foundation as part of an ongoing project with her colleague, Stephen Vermette, professor of geography and planning, to enhance and promote geography and earth science curricula in Cambodia.
