Santa Maria, associate professor of computer information systems, gave a presentation on using artificial intelligence (AI) to support small businesses to members of the Buffalo Chapter of National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) at its November Monthly Dinner Meeting, "Business Uses for ChatGPT," on November 8 at the Escape Room.
