Robert Mead-Colegrove, director, Orientation and New Student Programs, presented “Signature-Only Advisor? The Sky’s the Limit, but So Is the Cement” at the 2010Western New York Student Leadership Conference on February 27. In addition, Mead-Colegrove presented “The Customer Is Always Right: So Is the Student a Customer or Client?” at the United Across Campuses annual conference on March 3 in Amherst, New York.
