Gerald Mead, lecturer in the Art and Design Department, served on the review panel for the New York State Council on the Arts 2021 Individual Artist Decentralization Grants and juried the entries for the national exhibition 10th Anniversary Art of the Book & Paper, on view at the Rochester Public Library July 9–October 30. He also juried applicants for the annual downtown Springville Art Crawl, organized by the Springville Center for the Arts, on June 5, and was a panelist for a New York Foundation for the Arts panel discussion for artists titled “Institutional Opportunities and Networking,” held on March 13.
