Kimberly Hart, Associate Professor, Anthropology

Kimberly Hart, associate professor of anthropology, presented the lecture "On Josephine Powell's Life as a Mentor, Collector, and Photographer in Turkey and Beyond" at the George Washington University Textile Museum in Washington, D.C., on November 8. Her gallery talk was presented in conjunction with the exhibit A Nomad's Art: Kilims of Anatolia, based on her contribution to the catalog Kilims as the Cultural Repository of Animal-Human Relationships.
