For their contributions and continuous service on Project Flight’s board of directors, four Buffalo State faculty and staff members received the Project Flight Literacy Award for Outstanding Service to Children and Families: Barbara Bontempo, professor of English; Maria Ceprano, professor of elementary education and reading; Deborah Daly, keyboard specialist in the Human Resource Management Office; and John Gounard, director of international student affairs.
