Hermen Díaz III, assistant professor of higher education administration, was recently selected as one of seven faculty members in the country to participate in the Emerging Faculty Leader Academy, a faculty career development initiative through NASPA. Dr. Díaz was selected to represent NASPA Region II in this yearlong selective initiative.
In addition, Dr. Díaz's work "A Hierarchy of Environmental Design for Latin* Men at PWIs" was recently published in the New York Journal of Student Affairs 20 (1): 91–117.
